Offshore Electronics was formed in September 1990 following the successful Management Buy Out (MBO) of Eurotherm (Guernsey) Limited from the EI Group.

The MBO was followed by a substantial bricks and mortar investment resulting in a purpose built 20,000 sq ft facility, the latest automated assembly equipment and quality staff.

The aim was, and still is to provide the best electronic contract manufacturing service for our UK, European and International customers.

Today, Offshore Electronics is still 100% owned and managed by the original team of seven. During this time the company turnover has grown from £1 million to in excess of £6 million. We currently employ 70 staff and have an experienced senior management team who are responsible for the day to day running of the operation.

Based just offshore on the beautiful island of Guernsey, we enjoy a low overhead, tax friendly environment with excellent daily freight and passenger links by sea and air.
