New SMD Line Purchased

Offshore Electronics have invested in a second Gemline SMD line which will double our capacity and increase our flexibility.

The new line will consist of a DEK265GSX screen printer with 2D optical inspection, a Gemline Topaz high speed chipshooter and a Gemline Emerald for high precession placement.

Our Production Director, Ralph Ford is excited about the benefits of the second line, “It will provide us with double the capacity and flexibility and we will be able to offer a better more responsive service to our customers”.

The new line will be installed and operational soon. Watch this space for updates on its progress.
